Due to the popularity of our Christmas breaks and the limited availability, all bookings are sold on a strictly non-refundable basis. A non-refundable 20% deposit is payable at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due on 1st December 2026. Bookings made after this date will be charged in full at the time of reservation. For added peace of mind, we recommend that guests consider arranging suitable travel insurance, particularly during the winter season when travel may occasionally be affected by adverse weather conditions.
To ensure everything is perfectly prepared for your arrival, we will contact you prior to your stay to confirm your Christmas Day lunch menu choices and any dietary or allergen requirements. We will also provide details of our festive programme so you can make the most of your Christmas break with us.
